with that said, online ranbats wouldnt work on sundays, cause thats when regina likes to get together.
saturdays i tend to go out.
id do it if there were enough people, but how does online ranbats work with 3 players, haha. get dustin in, and ask merlin, theres gotta be a few more that would be interested, 3 players would just be…boring?

I had a look at the old site recently and saw that it was pretty much a ghos town so hopefully this new and improved site will help the traffic flow a bit.

Im using a router now so my connection is better, if it still lags though we will just switch host then. Im actually quite happy over the positive reception thus far over the online ranking battles. I hope we have a good turn out and that it can spark enough interest and motive from the community once again. Speaking about the community I want to talk about the fate of the "toon town fights"which has been our community center for almost a year.
Its no shock to anyone to see that the TTF’s is nearly a ghost town these days, this isnt to say I was expecting some thriving and pulsing community like SRK but I certanly didn’t think things would get this bad. After a long talk with Ozzy I’ve basically reached the conclusion that as long as the TTF’s is under it’s current management it will basically remain complacent to its current state of affairs. That’s why I am in the process of developing a new professional site for the community. I want something that I think the players deserve, something organized and with a sense of motive and purpose.
That’s really the true intention behind these online ranking battles, they are intended as a new start for the community and so in keeping with that theme I want to give the TTF’s a fresh start as well. It’s my hope that Oz will close down the current TTF’s and allow me to use its name so that we can migrate the existing player base into the new site. Regardless if Oz accepts my proposal or not I’m still moving forward with the site and this new community that I hope we can all collectively build.
If people got nothin to say on the current one, what more could they possibly say on a new site with the same name but different design?
I think there are a lot reasons why no one has anything to say on the current TTF, this thread has some examples as to why lol. Hopefully something new can change all that or at least improve the situation slightly…won’t know untill I try I guess. Anyways I’m gonna go get that new 360 controller today, it will be nice if I could have at least 1 decent controller with me.
