Edit: I was thinking about all of these top players coming to CC and it got me really pumped to start leveling up again. Im not at all worried about any of these guys and just see them as another"great opponent". inspite of the reputation they hold. I love a good fight regardless if I win or lose and personally speaking I would love to be the first one to face off against Daigo at the tourny.
Hey I’m a pad player as well and I use those fight pads. They’re pretty good but if you use it extensively for a while it gets a lil loose but still very usable. I have had trouble with them though after about 7-8 months or so. The dpad input sticks for some reason and you get stuck moving forward or backwards or any other direction from time to time. It’s really weird. I bought the $5 guarantee from EB games though so I got a replacement for free. It’s also nice having the 6 face buttons. It’s easier to throw and focus cuz they’re all lined up. The dpad is bigger than normal though and it takes a small amount of time to get used to (Maybe none if you still constantly play on a genesis). I’d advise getting one but I wouldn’t rely on it to last you forever.
Thanks man I might just go for a fight pad instead but Ill keep the adapter in mind as well. I dont want to lose my matches off a execution error, Ill have enough stress at the tourny lol. GGs to dalton,norman and dave tonight ill try to stay online longer next time.
