Yesterday i change the actuactor Sanwa Sanwa JLF-TP-8YT stock and I put the metallic the Arcade Paradise 1MM for sanwa JLF. The stick made now false input for example in neutral position the direction have press.
Is that normal? Must i put the stock actuactor Sanwa?
Maybe the one you got is either the wrong size of out of spec. Try contacting PAS for customer service.
This has actually happened to me before. Subtle directional input, occasionally.
Tried the .5 mm and it’s ok.
But my personal preference is the stock actuator.
(Edit: the 1mm oversized actuator I used was also the metallic [orange?] PAS one on a JLF. The .5 mm I used was plastic.)
If, at neutral, your stick is actuating a microswitch, then something is not installed correctly. I’d recommend disassembling the JLF and trying to see what’s the deal.
I’ve got PAS Delrin .5mm actuators in 4 of my sticks. Zero issues since day one. I haven’t tried the larger metal variants, but I’m sure PAS sells quality actuators. No one’s perfect though. If reassembly ends with the same result, then hit them up.
I think 0.5 is the sweet spot. I started to have issues with sizes larger than 1.0 . I had the actuator 4 pack, comes with 4 sizes and I decided to experiment around.
I no longer have that Anodized Red 0.5 actuator as it went into a friend’s Injustice stick (the stock Qanba joystick got a 2LBS spring and different switches as well).
The Delrin .5 performs about the same as the metal .5 actuator.
Delrin is a great material as it is highly resistant to wear and tear.

Paradise is usually very understanding over these sort of things.
but in this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=La7-DAEgYds&t=18s video i think that the sanwa Jlf Microswitches for the 1mm is better to changes for Zippy Microswitches or something like that
Sounds like the bell shape is problematic over a certain size with the stock switches.
