so it appears we have a scene with the interest of sf4 booming. with that said i propose we get sc on the map and make this scene strong. we have players coming from many fighting backgrounds, (3rdstrike,tekken,cvs2) and newcomers alike as well. so i’m down to really organize this scene. however i would like to see us getting a sf4 machine of some sort in santa cruz somewhere so that there can be a central location for us to meet. anyone have connects or know someone in charge at the boardwalk? but yea,console sessions sound good, i’m down for whatever this week. also as well. we should all exchange numbers so that we can text/call others and let them know beforehand if there our any console sessions pending in the area. i’ll start. 626.318.4834. neiman

I spoke with Efran who is the main supervisor for the arcade and games at scbw. Basically they still have yet to make money off the new arcade cabs they’ve bought. The best money earners are the redemption games which will continue to push out traditional cabs. Its not going to happen at the bw. I only play after work at JR1’s drunk late into the early am. Where the night walkers at?

Yeah I honestly don’t think UCSC’s gonna work either b/c of the parking, unless we carpool which is still a drag.
I haven’t been on campus since my g/f moved off campus, but isn’t parking free on weekends (Fri-Sun) after 6-7pm?

in response to the parking on campus dilemma, there is a solution. parking is free after 5pm but only in the east/west remote parking lots. you’ll probabbly have to take a loop or campus bus to get around if u need to. parking is free everywhere after 8:30 pm. hope that helps. and oh yea. i’m down for a sesh. get at me.
what about the ID situation. is that only monday-thursday when they check IDs? I’d love to play with some of you guys sometime this weekend if possible.
they check id’s everyday starting at around 7pm. u would have to confirm with a guest if ur a non-campus student and they would have to let u in after a call from the guard to make sure u are the proper guest.
we can use my place for a mini session tomorrow. I know my house might start getting full at around 9-10pm tomorrow because its my friends bday…but anytime before 9-10pm and after 3pm should be great for me.
however, i only have one ps3 and one joystick. I have an extra t.v. so if a lot of ppl want to come we could get a second sf4 set-up going if someone brought a ps3/xbox360 with controllers and a copy of the game.
