how can you tell if its the real version of 3s ??? cause the one plaza got is weird … like there sound is off … ken wont say haduken… he just grunts …

yeah the asian version of 3s has sound glitches so mudd club and plaza have the same version.
fortunately you can download the correct version for 3s on the internet and burn it to a disc and put it into the cd drive. then just do a rewrite.
i asked someone on the board about where to download this file so mudd club can take care of it.
gg yesterday in 3s, it was good meeting all the guys there, especially the owner. he seems cool. the buttons are the biggest problem, the sticks are good though. some feedback:
- buttons too far apart
- the monitor looks really dull? i dont know it doesnt look sharp or bright at all
- the sound is practically on mute, i like that shit bumpin haha

Aside from what everyone said, I’ll be there today. I’m going to put my money where my mouth is and show my support for an arcade that has listened to us thus far. I’ll be there today around 5ish for sure. Hope to see some people there.
wow it seems after one day of support people are just saying screw this place… san diego is truely hopless… all this place needs to do that is major is fix the spread apart buttons on 3s and lower the fighting games to 25 cents… the rest of the crap is a easy fix… like turn up the sound, give this guy the right copy 3s, etc… you people shouldnt go back to nickel for serious play for a number of reasons… there sticks on 3s is slanted and nobody from out of town wants to get used to playing on slanted sticks… thats just another excuse to say i lost because of those slanted sticks and im not coming back because of that… also the rest of the cabs are the small ones so yet another excuse for out of towners to say thats why they lost and thats why they are not coming back… mudd club has big cabs all of the games we play are coming in and all of them will have 360s except for the cabs for the people that dont know how to play on them (those will have competition). and lets not forget they let people that came for tournys in FREE. GTA was far from perfect but i saw that the guy listened to the players so i kept on going and guess what? he started getting more of what we wanted and started to lower prices and the people in our area supported him too even though it was a vary poor area… mudd club is in a rich area yet it seems dead… not even the fighting scene in the area want to support it? wtf… i really need to move back up north…
People are going to voice there likes and dislikes period so calm down, as far as 360’s i hate them, but will i live with em yes, people will support this place give it a lil time, i didnt even get to make it to the grand opening because i got hella sick the night before. GTA died lol.
Im waiting for when all the cabs are in for all games. Thats when this place will bloom. And then after a bit, i bet hell lower games down. If he can afford to give out free credits on cards, and free entry fee somtimes, im sure he can lower the cost down.
GTA died because you Initial D fools wanted that Maximum Tune shit. He bought it, then you guys stopped playing it.
That made him not want to get Tekken 5. Which would’ve brought that foo MONEY. I asked him to get it and he was like “no I bought that game (maximum tune) and the players don’t even play it anymore.”
So I wholeheartedly blame its closing on you guys. Now those little white kids and black and mexican kids are gonna be messing around on the streets cause of you guys.

I am a supporter of everything but the 50 cents. the ppl are cool. it suprised me when the guy said he would cut out another board for the buttons. @_@ thats awesome. and as for the 3s. i think its cool. ken goes. Hrrrrm! ahahahahaaha

is there anything wrong with the gameplay ?? or is it just a sound issue
Matt- Tan and I were there for a few hours in the afternoon and it was almost completely empty aside from a cute gamer girl playing house of the dead 4. All the food was gone too, lol
i dont know if theres anything wrong with the gameplay. the big thing might be the urien and oro unblockables which might be removed, but im not sure. we would have to test those out. im in the process of getting the correct version of 3s and ill burn it and give it to mudd club and plaza.
i also think that we should all support mudd club 100%…even though the buttons on 3s are fucked, and the marvel cab sucks. this guy will do what he can to fix it, if we give him a month and nothing happens then yeah we can go to nickel, but i say we all just stick to mudd club for the time being.
All i can say is, do your best to support this place, and you’ll see that good arcades can be in san diego, GTA died because DDR was its only money maker. Oh and the nickel game bullshit is stupid and lame. Next time i go to mudd club ima check out the PC stuff, and if mind ball is up, holla at cha boi… anyway once the new cabs get in, shits gonna be hype.

come to think of it it was the little white black and mexican kids that wanted that game in the first place! I can also recall countless occasions giving those kids money too so they can play. So while all of you were giving dan your money, I was supporting the arcade!!!:wasted:

I think its just once everything is up, the place will start to get mad crazy, I dunno if it was just me, but it was just a big let down to know that it wasnt as perfect as everyone thought it was going to be, but that doesnt mean were not willing to try to make it work, We gave our suggestions and now were just waiting.
can those mudd club guys post up when the buttons are fixed, i wish it wasnt like this, but its pretty much unplayable in the current situation.
if you guys need help getting it right, just let me know.
