They own the Tattoo shop and Cvs2 is the only game they play. Im pretty sure they’ll beat you tho.

you dont even fucking know me. i think i should at least be given a benefit of a doubt since i’m driving outta my county just to find some people to play casuals against. two guys that play during their lunch break does not at all sound intimidating. theres like dozens of guys like that where i play and all they do is roll super.

xx_deus_xx: personally, it will not be worth it to drive to gladys. people go when they want to go and I would be the biggest source of competition if i went. most of the people that play there are trying to get better [ie zz_jaron]. so, DON’T GO.

Since we are a swap meet business as a whole, there is an admission fee into the swap meet property itself, which is $0.50 Parking is free. Competition is pretty much very random these days here. We were known for the competition back when the tournaments were held, but that was pretty much it.
To everyone else: if you’re planning to go to PSM tomorrow(Friday), consider cancelling your trip if it rains. Anytime if it rains at PSM, we close earlier than usual.
I don’t play at Glady’s anymore, I prefer AI and PSM.
No1 is ever there, and I am pretty decent at Marvel and CvS2 now.
Not too much need to get better if I can beat a lot of ppl who go to AI (where I go now).
But it isn’t worth the money
P.S. Gomar and Sergio aren’t neccarily trying to get better, they just play a lot. A little too much.
They’re good, but its still not worth it. (They always quit after a dollars worth of games)
I’ll be at PSM sometime around 6pm tomorrow…I hope Carlos or somebody makes an appearance…I feel bad playing 10yr olds that ask me “How you combo that?”.

Dam is anyone going to PSM tonight??? I really want to get some marvel practice and some XvsSF comp. The only thing that i hate is that the machine is the the darkest corner of the arcade and it’s on a little cab. =[. But at least they have it.

So any news about glady’s? If they are planning to shut down I’d like to know when. I wouldn’t mind buying the 3s board or the cvs2 machine.
I went to James Games tonight. Played like total dogshit since my left arm is officially busted. I retire undefeated against Justin Wong.

I think they could save themselves if they got:
3s on a showcase cab,
Some doujin fighters (MBAC, GGXX/, Arcana Hearts),
XvSF on showcase,
and more ppl that know how to play well, instead of just Gomar, Sergio, Me and Heber.
Get rid of FFWA.

Well from what i heard Glady’s is doing well lately. And won 't close down after all hope and FFWA is the sickness!!!
The 3s machine is owned by Me and Mr. Hai Not the peeps @ Glady’s as for the Cvs2 cab, if the place closes down the tattoo shop next door is going to get it for sure.

I’ve gotten pretty rusty at this game.
The machine is in pretty bad condition. I could pull the player one fierce button out and the player two stick feels like its broken. Broken spring maybe?
he have been pretty busy since Hai owns machine all over Cali and some in Vegas. But i’ll get to the machine as soon as possible. If anyone is interested in buying some old cabs let me know.
I was wondering if anyone was willing to play console in the SB area? It could be casual gatherings or something like that. I know most of you play at Glady’s, PSM, or JG but competition is sporadic and due to having 24776240872408724890 jobs I don’t have time to go to arcade’s anymore when players want to show up aka fri and sat’s. So maybe we can get some Evo console practice going on at someone’s spot (I would offer for any of you to come to my crib but I’m assuming most of you don’t have your own form of transportation) on the weekdays.
I play everything but really just trying to look for 3s and MvC2 practice buddies. So if anyone wants to get buff come Evo just post up and we can try to set something up.
