Ok guys, I got the ok from Daniel on the tourney. There is also a NeoWave (KOF) tourney that will be going on at the same time, so there will probably be quite a crowd. The MvC2 tourney is going to be at Culebra and will have the following rules.
The tourney will be held on December 18th
Sign up will be at 6pm
The tournament will start at 7pm
Double Elimination
2$ entry fee (this isn’t Military so you WILL have to pay to play during the tourney, each game is 2 tokens)
