.f, lp+lk+MK or .f lp+lk+fp. Sorry my last post said fierce kick but that’s incorrect.
I pretty much sat in training one day after I saw Ken’s and tried all the chars. If your in training I use the floor and its lines as references. She moves about a block or two which is perfect once your out of jab or .lk range.
What do you mean by blocks? Training Area squares? As far as I can tell it increases her throw range from .9 to approximately .92. Doesn’t seem very useful.
About Sakura’s b&b, why do players use s.LP to c.MK xx Sho? Is there any hidden advantage to this?
One other question about Sakura’s Otoshi in the corner after an ex tatsu, some players do 2 punches then backdash and charge a hadouken, does the strength of the otoshi matter in this set-up? And are all strength otoshi hits untechable knockdowns?
Standing light punch gives +7 while crouching only gives like +5 iirc. Standing jab to cr.mk is a 3 frame link while cr.jab to cr.mk is a 1 framer iirc. So it’s heaps easier if you can get it in.
So played a bit with her tiny kara throw and you can get it to come out with lp,mp, lk and fp. It is a terribly short gain but hey I’ll take what I can get.
That isn’t the BnB that is a hit confirm combo. The BnB is j.hk>s.hp xx lk tatsu>c.hp xx ex tatsu> j.hk/otoshi
We do two hits in the corner because Sabre realised that the 3rd hit puts us in the corner. So its only worth going for the 3rd hit for the KO or if you are really close to stunning them. We have enough time to charge a fireball and jump in after that or combo off of that if it hits. At the least it puts them in block stun on wake up while in the corner unless they ex reversal or ultra out of it. You don’t have to charge a fireball but there is enough time to setup whatever mix up you want in this situation.
yeah you have to wait a bit to hit the third hit. Instead of hitting the 3 hits as fast as you can , if you hit them with patience they will end up in the corner.
Hey does anyone hado fadc U1 at all. I think right now its my favorite thing in the world. I’m really close to being able to get it out after any combo ending in ex shunpu. Is it practical in a match though?
Well it’s nice and maybe it’s a nice way to punish if you are far from your opponent but i don’t advice you to do that all the time the damage is not that great.
Anyway try this combo I learned last week it’s nice to watch, focus attack and when the opponent is about to hit the floor do a shuouken>FADC> Ultra 2.
