u can combo U2 after Shou in the corner
especially against ibuki it is good to catch her in by her weird jumps.

1:normaly u dont know wich char ur enemy takes…so its (theoretical) 1/35 chance,to choose the “better” ultra for the matchup…this isnt enough imo
2:ibuki isnt so hard…i mean,if i see some sort of her weird jumping,and i am able to react-i dont need U2 then…there are other ways,to beat this little racoon xD
after learning ibuki,i have to say:break her usual playstyle,know her vortex and she gets huge probs

I’ll admit it’s not as versatile as I’d originally hoped but it has a few more fairly frequent uses than Haru Ranman does.
I know people rather not use Haru Ranman unless it scores the KO, if you find yourself practically never using it then Shinkuu would probably offer you a few more opportunities anyways.
what can I do if blanka does ultra 1 while I’m on the ground? Can’t wake up and c.hp fast enough, ex shou loses, I can’t seem to get the blocking pattern down; I know its block low, then high, then mid but it can hit behind if hes close enough right?
I don’t even know how to DO the ultra so I can practice it in training mode… I hate charge characters so very much :sad:

Are Juri’s pinwheel, Adon’s RH Jaguar tooth, and Dudley’s Machine Gun punch punishable on block? I can’t seem to consistently punish these.
Is there any difference between cr.hp (cr. mk) xx hp (mp) shouo variants? Which one should I be using?

The normal move you use to cancel is based on two factors: time and distance, cr.hp has a 1 frame shorter startup than cr.mk, but cr.mk is safer on block and has a longer range. If you’re guaranteed the hit, go cr.hp xx hp shouo. Just be warned that if your timing is off and they block the hp shouo, there’s a good amount of blockstun and hangtime in the air for your opponent to decide how badly they want to punish you.
To the best of my knowledge:
lp Machine Gun Blow -> not punishable, other versions are
all pinwheel kicks are punishable
RH Jaguar Tooth only puts Adon at -2, so basically not a guaranteed punish on block. It’s easier to try and anticipate it from full screen and n.j HK -> cr.HP xx EX shunpu -> shenanigans, or just can cr.HP xx shouo if you have no meter

On the FADCs, I was wondering if cr. hp xx hp shou has more hit stun and makes the cl. hp easier to hit after the shou fadc.
All regular Shou have the same hit stun (+3 after FADC) whereas EX Shou has more hit stun (+5 after FADC methinks), it doesn’t matter what normal you use to cancel into it if that’s what you’re asking.
