I noticed that XHM just LOVES Dick Nose Dan in the Red. I am not fond of that color costume combination. Why XHM do you choose it wisely?
I go with the Neon Green and Green Leaf Dan. I am fond of the color Green, it is said to give you motivation. 
The Mexican Ibuki match is why I normally seek out games rather than hosting them. I have to pick “Any” region to get a good selection of games with American players as well, but it opens up some odd regions. The match wasn’t incredibly bad, it did show up as a green bar in the lobby, but it was still noticable.
As for the Koryuken, damn straight I mash it out. It’s what I’ve always done for Ryu’s f.HP and it’s never let me down. This link is the same difficulty, but I have missed it very rarely, so I might have to work on timing it more. And of course, I need to be more wary of my Super meter so I don’t get an accidental Hissho!
As for colours, I’ll vary them from time to time. I was using white Dan for a while, and have been using the burgundy lately. I’ll switch up as I go!
f.HP on Ryu has a cancel window, on top of being able to link. That’s why it works if you mash. Dan’s cl.HK doesn’t have that cancel window.
Ryu’s f.HP only cancellable on the first hit though? If it’s a straight up link then it’s a 2-frame link to SRK.
I guess with negative edge there’s a good chance of it working anyways. I’ve tried mashing it and though hasn’t been 100% it’s still worked but my mashing skills are rather weak

I don’t know about Ryu’s f.HP being cancellable, but I never actually do it like that. When I play as him (admittedly rarely), I do the uppercut after the f.HP is done entirely. I’ve never actually failed to do it, which is a far cry from a cl.HK > c.MP Dan link that’s also two frames, and which I can do reliably only some of the time.
Like I said. It’s a late cancel. It’s a big window after the 2nd hit connects.

Saw those, think you could both make use of adding s.HK > KRK to your repertoire

Mr David got that 1-frame link down but missed the needless KRK link. Seriously guys, c.HP xx KRK does the exact same thing as s.HK > KRK. Heck s.HP xx KRK is only 5 damage off.

I actually didn’t realize it was the gootecks account until after the match. At the end I was just trying to be fancy, but yeah I like how I got the hard far lp to cr mk link and then screwed up the easy hk to dragon punch one heh. When he did level 3 focus at the start I was like, “Really, you’re really gonna do that? Wow, what a scrub, I got this free for sure.” Afterwards once I realized it was probably Mike and Ryan I sent a message because I figured they knew it was me, but… I guess not haha.
I feel like Dan does pretty well against DeeJay. I like Dan’s normals and ex dankus from footsie range a lot, I like Dan’s pressure on him a lot, and I think all I’m worried about is the no-damage DeeJay crossup vortex.
