Just got round to watching those Hibiki-san videos, still wowing us with Shissou but I’m not seeing that many KRK FADC > Haoh from him. He has 2 bars and Ultra, he should be making people be afraid of pushing buttons after blocked Dankuu, KRK FADC is the prime spot for them yet he’s getting poked out of whatever he’s trying 
I’ve played against that Abel player before, I know. I don’t remember exactly when, I’ve had a few UK players invite me randomly to games. I play against Abel a lot differently than you do, you were basically zoning him with Gadokens/Koryukens, whereas I prefer to get in his face and mix him up before he can get in my face and mix me up.
And yeah, I really need to sit down and remap my controls so that I can land FADC Ultras reliably. I’m doing so well without it, but I’d be doing so much better with it. One day…
He’s actually American (lives in Florida) but did mention he had played you a few times 
I’ll get in his face when I can, I just wait for that opportunity first then it’s Knee pressure all day but he does tend to EX Roll out of cross-ups, which is annoying
If you can somehow train yourself to use the triggers/bumpers (whichever it is) with double forward tapping then that might be better for your setup, you can get away with double tapping the buttons for it to work, I certainly do Damn, just thinking about it, must need very dexterous fingers
I can easily FADC longer moves like the EX Messiah, but with quick moves like a Koryuken I have trouble with the timing of my thumb on HP and my trigger fingers on MP+MK, where I’ll either push MP+MK too early and get the MP KRK instead, or do it too late. If I remap MP and MK to my face buttons along with HP/HK, then it’s a lot easier for me to do it, but hitting the trigger for normal Focus Attacks and tapping two face buttons to throw/option select tech is quite engrained in me, and it’d take a while to break that habit. I’d probably be a better player when that’s broken, it’s just a matter of mustering up the desire to go forth and lose until I get there.
Hmm~ I think you could probably train yourself to get the timing right, there’s more time to FADC then you think

Nice Dan, kinda funny he had 24 wins in a row too (doubtful all Dan but who knows). Good use of dashes but I think he was a little too eager to do Dankuu after a back dash, should have assessed the situation during the back dash as he missed on a few punishes from it. I think he could have won the 3rd round too, botched up a combo which lost it for him.
Good that he didn’t forget to throw in a few taunts too
Yeah, and he spent half the third round trying to focus taunt and eating damage for it. It would have been lovely if he pulled that off though. The games before that one weren’t with Dan, he only played Dan for that one game when Warahk came in the room. And for some added insult, this was the day after warahk’s famous ragequit ( [media=youtube]OaYb7PW9QwA[/media] )
Wow, talk about a sore loser. Should have just stayed until the KO, now he’ll be forever remembered as “the guy who ragequit at a tournament” (or something to that effect). Did he “rage quit” the room after losing to Dan?
Gotta hand it to Buktooth though, seen some of his games before and he’s pretty wicked sick :tup: He looked pretty shocked too :lol:
That match against bucktooth hit him pretty hard, on top of that he was already extremely tired and stressed. The guy went back to his room and knocked-out in real life right after that match. Cut him some slack.
I have to admit, I feel bad whenever the Dan forums put someone on blast. I find very few people are actually “themselves” at tournaments. Sometimes you just gotta peace out before you explode and take casualties, social faux pas or not. I’ve seen regular people turn into blabbering messes when they’re not even playing. Sit in that environment all day and you’ll be pretty much toast by the end of it.
Besides, it’s not like online, where you’re doing something incredibly petty like trying to save points. You’re just “done”, and the winner goes on.
