Anyone know of a website that has the sketches for the SF levels? In particular, I’m looking for Sagat’s stage, any one of them (except the Alpha 2 secret one) Any help would be appreciated.

Even though i will doubt they have the Sagat stage you are looking for, but they do have the 3s bg’s.

Capcom like using real places as a basis for their backgrounds. You could try hitting up google for “reclining buddha”.
