Yes there is, the reason you get a cr.hp is because I believe it’s a target combo if you do it quick aka MvC3 style ABC combos.
You have to tap cr.mp after a moment so it acts as a non-target combo link. Good luck, do the short cut for the TU

That’s why I’m not playing him in this game.
I actually had planned to play tekken characters only for this very reason, but you need a meter builder in this game and the FB characters seem to be the way to go. I figured I may aswell run Sagat for a bit since I can play him. I had planned Law and Kazuya but trying to remember the fucking encyclopedia britannica of rules and regulations whilst learning 2 brand new characters was giving me heart problems.
