I dont see how Sagat was nerfed so bad, from what I read from Wiz, he still has all of his juggles unless there is a new list of changes I havent read yet.
Now, after Sagat is nerfed, we will see who the real tier whores are. I wont be going to Duds, I hate him for being British.

st lk nerf is major for high level sagats, your zoning against shotos and some other characters is going to be more dangerous and with lower damage your looking at some negative matchups.
he’ll still be high considering the lol nerfs some characters got that didn’t deserve them, but he won’t be mr. i only have 2 even matchups in the game and advantage against everyone else.
