EL are you using Tiger Cannon in any matchups and is so, why?
Do you have a link for that tier list? Blanka is highly unlikely to be that low and Sakura wouldn’t be that high.
@KingRaoh: Tiger Cannon is very useful vs. Blanka, since it can punish any horizontal ball, as well as EX up ball or normal. With Honda it can punish his fierce or strong headbutt if done at a range, and if you perform it at the right range he can’t jump out of it since he’ll be hit on the way up, so he has to block.
It is also useful vs. shotos, since you can on reaction tiger cannon through their projectiles, and Akuma to an extent if he air fbs, but you have to wait till he falls down a bit or only one hit of the tiger cannon will connect.
