Arturo is visiting Japan and has managed to do rather well in the arcades, as shown by gathering enough BP in a short amount of time to almost reach Master rank. Let’s face it, he’ll have it before he leaves. Yet, even after you admitted it would be impressive for him to obtain this, you instantly changed your post after he said he managed to beat a Gouki to even out his BP loss. While BP isn’t perfect, you’re automatically assuming the “stupid foreigner” Gouki fed him points, which I doubt is true. God forbid a stupid foreigner manages to do well and earn some points, even if it was the other player’s fault for not knowing the match well enough. If I remember correctly, you said-

Sorry if it seems like I’m feeding the trolls, but I really just want to see if they have a valid viewpoint. Maybe this was a waste of my time.
