Excuse me if i am going off topic:
for me Rush down is easy… the hard part is knowing when not to rush down…
my problem is either i rush in at the wrong time, or i dotn know when its safe to rush or not… a good opponent can make false openings and it seams i fall for them all the time 
When I want Rushdown, I will use A Groove Sakura, R2 Chun-Li, and Hibiki. Which is my main group anyway. These 3 are insane in custom combo mode. @_@
