Wha What was fucking people up with the xbox 360 pad last week. Don’t sleep on pad warriors. I feel like bringing a pad next week…
Besides, the fightpad being wired would make it easier to switch out then a wireless 360 pad where you’d have to sign in and out.
As a former pad player i never understood the ridicule pad players received. If you are more comforatable on pad then you have every right to use it.

But seriously, all the more power to ya if you rock the pad. Because in realitity, sometimes it’s harder for some to excecute things on it but it might be cake for you. Again, I know there ARE great pad players out there.
Where I was coming from was feeling you haven’t allowed yourself to adjust to joysticks.
When I got my first just early last year it was a steep curve, and I know plenty who just have gone back to pad without investing the time.
I’m also mistaken…Thought the Fightpad was wireless? If it isn’t that kinda takes off all the log in and out crap I gripe about.

Well the thing about the fightpads, the PS3 pad is wireless but it uses a USB dongle like Rock Band instruments, so unless you have an older generation PS3 or a USB hub you’d still have to switch out USB slots. It does also take a few seconds to go into the PS3 menu to switch.
If I bring my system along again I’ll bring a fightpad.

Yeah i picked up my first stick when HDR came out, and I was extremely frustrated. It took me a long time to get used to it. I’m glad I learned though, I always wanted to be able to play on stick.

Anybody know how it is on Saturdays? It’s actually better for my schedule but id rather be there when its most populated.
Regarding pads; what happened to “arcade mode” where you have to push start on the desired controller to play? I was under the impression that worked pretty well when switching controllers.
The bottom line is that if everyone on that console/station is okay with it, then I see no problem.
However… if there is a problem and I have to get involved, priority goes to using the sticks because that is the original purpose of the station. But I’m sure it will never come to that.
With 3 setups for people to choose from I’m sure everyone can be happy. 
As far as Saturdays go, I have the setups available everyday with the same rate. If you wanna get a couple of friends and play all day/night and head over you’re more than welcome to :lovin:
BTW I’m looking into switching the button layout… I just needed a break 'cuz it was such a problem installing the sanwa sticks. Stools are on the way too!
