Man, was I wrong about that Ibuki/Rolento picture, I thought it was Akuma. I failed. 
When you looked closely, the hand was a great hint and the splashes on the left were part of his staff/baton. Well done!
It could be Mika in the splashes next to Zangief. Look at the light blue/white part to the left of Zangief’s leg. Could be an illusion made by the colours that got mixed up though. And, yeah, Rufus has been teased in the trailer, so I’m not surprised if it’s him.
Things I see in the splashes:
Red: Upper circle could be a part of Rufus his head and hair, other circle could show his chest?
Purple: Part of R. Mika’s clothing?
Akuma probably won’t be shown in a trailer but rather we find out when we get the game like every other time.

people keep paring Jin with Xiaoyu but I think she would be better paired with Wang(Her grandfather) and Jin could be paired with Eddy. Who is his bodyguard in Tekken 6. (or just a henchmen, I dont know, I just know he works for him. Never go really far in the scenario)
Alisa is a better partner for both of them.
Which could be why there is sooo much yellow as well.

Actually thinking about it the Brazilian Event Ono is going to is probably where he’s going to premiere the teasers for Rufus and Asuka…
Seriously… if Capcom don’t include Alisa and Lars… what a waste… both are flashy as fuck and Alisa would be able to provide a gamestyle in this game that other Tekken characters can’t… hopefully Asuka and Alisa’s transfer graphically is as good as Lili’s…

Yeah it is 4 characters per event, but what I’m saying is that Ono will not announce any characters @ that Brazilian Event, instead he might show off some teasers for Rufus and Asuka. Just because he’s going doesn’t mean there will be character reveals. He was @ a Korean event where SCEK (Korea) did a press conference on SFxT, it was one where Poongko was playing.
Why would they not reveal new characters @ a Korean event (and Korea loves Tekken…) but @ a Brazilian event? Besides I’m pretty sure that they’ll save the next cinematic for Asuka’s reveal, so again NYCC which is a much bigger event.
Brazilian Event = Asuka and Rufus teasers, more talk about Pandora etc.
NYCC = Asuka, Rufus, 2 more, gem system information, Episode 4 Trailer aka Asuka/Lili Vs Chun/Cammy.
These events are like a week apart.
Looking back at that video of the Korea event, Ono does mention that they would have more guest characters, familiar to the Korean audience.
