I don’t have a problem with the IC cards not working – especially since as far as I’m aware that’s a JP only feature, but if they can be made to work, then I’m all for it.
BUT.
I’d rather have a proper seating apparatus.
I want to say that the people there jump to your help if something is wrong.

oh np kitori, that was me! guys I hear ya about the seats I’m planning on getting new seats asap so please hang in there for a few more days! As for the IC cards I have put a order in for them. btw is it possible to change the character voices to japanese? you don’t have to change the regional setting (i believe you can keep the character names in north american, so akuma can be akuma and not gouki). most of the cast would just sound better this way, esp yun and yang, who have been being played the most. “HERE I COME!!” is so goofy.
Please do this, the sitting position is horrible. I was there today and played for about 4 hours. The only reason I left was because my carpal tunnel was kicking in.

I agree with Chris regarding Japanese voices. Most of the English voices in that game are terrible.
suiken is the man! one of the joysticks got replaced on the spot while valle was there. i did remember that specific cab’s joystick feeling a little stiffer than the others. i also asked him about japanese voice in person, and he explained why it was put in english first, and the possibility of changing it to japanese ^^

Yeah throughout the weekend they were changing sticks and buttons almost immediately.
What everyone missed the was dude who churned dat buttah so hard he broke the machine for 15 mins.
