I’m not too sure about this but it seems after testing in training mode that a slide which is blocked
on the last active frame and also a HK spiral blocked on the last active frame are both +1, this also means MK spiral is safe at only -1 and LK spiral is -3 (a hard punish for most at that range)

A lot of average players / those how don’t know Rose will try to attack after your spirals meaning you can score a CH cr MP xx spiral or EX spark if you want to play safe.

Another thing I feel it is worth Rose players doing is going into training mode and putting CH on random
and practice confirming her CH combos

cl MP CH > cr MP > MK spiral > Super (I know this combos anyway but it is not a 1 framer on CH plus there is no problem to stop at cr MP if it wasn’t a CH unless you are confident you can hit the 1-frame link)

cl MK CH > cr HP > HK spiral > Super

cr LK CH or meaty > cr HP > HK spiral > Super (quite hard to confirm for me in any case)

Other stuff to practice in training mode:

-Ultra 2 set-ups that hit in front, although the cross-up orbs will hit a lot of players you need another option for ppl who know.

-You really need the cr LK > cr LP > cr LK > cr MP xx EX Spiral on lock or you won’t be doing damage from lows

-Ambiguous cross-ups with j MK

-learn the max damage punish for the rest of casts normals, specials, supers and Ultras
