There should be a sticky. A list of all the Rose Players, when they play…and what network. Hell…all the forums should do this. So if you wanna match, you can go to a dedicated players forum and pick a fight.

I’m kinda on-and-off of the netcode for XBL. I have my good and bad days and the time we played, I had tons of frustrating matches in STHD/SF4 earlier in the day. Are you going to EVO?

Today I played a few Rose players. I finally hit G2…wow…people are REALLY good at this level.
I faced the best rose player I’ve faced yet. He had a great understanding of the game.
I found out today that Rose’s soul spark can be reflected forever. Much to my surprise when I charged in after I reflected an opponents soul spark, and she reflected it back in my face for the win. Ugh…impressive but also frustrating, lol.
I also find WHY everyone hated when i played as Rose. She’s annoying. Her Pokes, her ultra…can be frustrating. I finally found what it feels like to go
“I’m going to do A, then B, and then finish with C”.
I do A, then B…and C is beaten with a reversal or something.
My plan was to Cancel a SS and chase it. See what she did. I was hoping she would reflect and my ultra would beat her. If she reflected…great…if not, then I’ll slid and try and hit the ultra off that She knew exactly what I was going to do. She charged infront of my SS, then as I was in mid dash she ultra’d through my SS. It was frustrating having my plan destroyed like that. She saw it coming.
This is what Rose players gotta do. “This Ryu player is going to SRK if I FA infront of him as he wakes…i’ll backdash out and immediately Ultra”. It’s all about the plan.
Playing rose made me realize how much important this is…
GG to USVI STAR yesterday. I love playing your Rose, and the Rose-Sakura/Viper pratice was good, too. I’m one of those that can’t walk and chew gum at the same time, so sorry that I sucked it up when we were talking. I added LxCx on Live; I’ll play him when I have a chance.
Oh, and for everyone…total luck, and we both acknowledged it, but he actually backdashed through a LP Spark at the edge of the screen. Completely invulnerable. Insane timing. Imagine if we could do that consistently!
