XenonWJ23, I could not have said that better myself. I do apologize. I do lack a little in Customer Service. It is very difficult to ship and send e-mails at the same time.
That is why I say over and over again don’t post send me an e-mail, PLEASE!!! I do answer pretty quick. The problem is when you post I dont know who your are what your order is. If you send an e-mail and copy and paste all info I can give an answer within seconds.
I will give a heads up the Harnesses are on Back Order. This is a little bit of a problem since I am the only one to offer with the JLF at a price of 24.95. HOPEFULLY, I will receive this weekend.
I understand the loads of orders he got. But like i said at the end of my post, cant’r blame pony, can only blame the shipping service he chose. Just hope I get my stuff in tomorrow. I’m tired of playing with lolcatz quality =/.
Fastest time for me when getting things is 8 business days and that’s considered fast for me.
I usually wait about 2 weeks average and longest would be a month and a week. People don’t consider the time it takes to process and pack the goods before having it delivered to the Post Office or any other courier company. That can take a couple of days or even a week for some people or companies.
I would consider myself lucky to get something in less than a weeks time.
hmm…i read that now deleted post earlier lol. i email pony questions all the time, and he always gets back to me the same day. worst case, the next day. he sends stuff priority mail, so for me that is 2 days.
s1rngy, he is out of harnesses so that may be holding up your order. but be mindful, had you order elsewhere you would be waiting 2-3 weeks or paying extra for the harness.
Man, awesome packing. So much paper just to protect a bat top, even triple bagged it! Will definitely order from again. Also, don’t be afraid if you don’t get an email about your product shipping, I didn’t and still got everything quick.
wow, s1nrgy left you a negative review. he complains over 5 days, when many people waited over a month to get their items. and current orders are taking another 2-3 weeks to be mailed out.
