hi ponyboy, you email’d me on the 14th at 2am saying you were going to send the parts “tommorow”, would that be sat morning? could i get a tracking number? i live in NY and the douche-bag mailman leaves it in front of the door for anyone to take. so yeh, knowing when its coming is kinda crucial since i get off work at times kids are walking around. i ve been meaning to ask you why you don t give tracking numbers but i wasn t working in the past so laying around for the mail wasn t an issue. keep up the good work, thanks again.

Try and leave notices if you know you’ll be away for a few days (or weeks). Good communication with your customers is crucial to success! :tup:
from my own experience, the lastest he replied back to me was like 3 busn days. maybe he deleted your email? ponyboy is solid though less the communication barriers. dont know if this is relevant or not, but for my subject heading i put something like “QUOTE please”
