Hell yeah man. I got a nice taste for it. I felt like I was starting to get the hang of it by the end of the night. I’m totally down for some more 3rd strike next week. Gonna have to get some more matches against perhaps myself now that I have a better understanding of whats happening. My goal is to take 1 game. yeah baby!

GG’s everyone. I loved that we had 16 people playing in the tournament.
So I used that code that Andrew gave me for the PC version of AE and Games for Windows Live is being difficult as usual. I get an error saying “The client does not have sufficient access rights to the requested server object.” and the DL won’t even start. Anyone ever get this problem? I checked the XBL forums and found nothing.

I like the turnout last night and thanks to richmond for coming down even if it was to pick up something you left behind at the last tournament, looks like you’ll be coming down again lol.

I finally got AE downloaded and installed on my PC after cursing Microsoft and their awful GFWL client.
Yep, Greg and I will most definitely be there. I’m thinking of showing up around 4 or 5. Most likely 4.

Yeah good games. Something felt off on our matches. I was messing up more than usual. Not going to blame your TV, but it’s always a possibility on large HD’s like that. I’m down for more games before Thursday. I’m open Monday and Wednesday.
Yeah, I have heard some complaints about it before. I’ve tried messing with the settings to reduce latency and I’ve gotten down pretty good. I think the problem may be that it is a 240mhz TV instead of 120mhz like most HD TVs of that size. So I think if anything inputs need to be put in faster because of the higher refresh rate. But that could all be BS and I don’t really know what I’m talking about. Alls I know is that is the TV I use to play on and I do fine.
I might be able to play on wednesday but it would probably have to be somewhere in Greene. I could come over to your place if you want or you can comeback over to mine, either works.
I’m down for games before thursday if we can host not in greene. If not then its allllll good. I’ll hang out in training mode more.
I don’t like gregs tv cause its too big and too much to look at. I have to sit far away so i can see the whole screen.
