Spectacular Venom is far more hardcore than his 90’s Cartoon counterpart. He doesn’t pussyfoot around with idle threats on family members. He wastes no time is completely destroying everything Peter worked to establish in the course of one episode. Next one should be something special.

I watched most of the first season, but I can’t seem to find Season 2 on TV. I’ll just have to go on Youtube on get on that. I’m not a big fan of the way its drawn, but the stories are always really fun, the fight scenes are some of the best in American cartoons, and it really captures Parker’s part-time superhoero/part-time regular joe fuck-up. Also, great homage with that image in your avatar, what episode was that?
It usually takes some getting use to the art style but it allows for the awesome fight scenes and smooth animation.
My avatar is from the episode “Sheer Strength” It’s episode 4 of season 2. Season 2 hasn’t started airing on US TV yet. Won’t until March. Season 2 has already started showing in Canada, however.

I don’t recall him being that powerful…but I do know he was recently amped somewhat. I can appreciate Spidey’'s portrayal now then the first season, he is still technically a lot more faster but he’s at least faster then his 90’s counter part.

Probably in the same place where Jamieson is. And I don’t think kids are ready for Cassidy as Carnage yet. They’ll probably put a spin on the canon and make someone else Carnage. But seeing the direction the show is going they may do it with Cassidy anyway. A Seperation Anxiety arc would be so beast in Spectaular.
