Yeah seeing the way the economy is I had a feeling they weren’t going to keep up the 5 dollar deal for long. That’s why it was pretty shocking to me when I heard on the phone that they were continuing the deal. The news just didn’t get to everyone I guess. I assume for business purposes they do that in hopes that people sign up for a premium deal or come out to their lock ins (that are hella expensive for no reason) and other money costing deals they have.
Since that’s the case I’ll change the thread title to reflect the “death” of X3O. I knew something wasn’t right when Billy Mays got the axe. :lol:

Well… Seeing as though the x30 thing is dead(which i knew was gonna happen)why dont someone offer up a house or two. Like i said six threads ago, i could offer my living room due to ample space and two setups. So we trying to make a new spot for sessions, why dont we figure something out.

Alright, since the X30 thing is dead (never got to go out there dammit!) I’m gonna offer up my place. I’ll just copy and paste what I posted in the SF4 thread here:
Well, I don’t know how get togethers work around here, but I would like to offer to have something at my place on Friday and Saturday nights. This Saturdays out, it being the 4th and all, but the 3rd would be good.
I got SF4 on 360, an extra EX2 laying around if you don’t have your own stick. I will have Garou and BlazBlue as well, so we could get some games in on those as well. I’m like 3 blocks from the Wheaton Metro station if you don’t have a car. I only have the one TV, so we would just have to switch off on that.
I’m just trying to get some offline games in, because online is just not doing it for me. Let me know if anyone is interested. If there is enough interest, we could do a weekly thing or whatever. *
Like I said, the 4th is obviously out (at least for me) but we could do something on the 3rd if you all want. I do have another TV (27inch I think) that I could drag out if someone brought a console or something.

I’m down for your place. Only 20-30 min from where I’m at. Plus I can make use of my Evo monitor outside of my own house. AND I’ll have my briefcase. :lol: I’ll bring my 360 too just incase. Mainly going to be looking to play SFIV since I need to practice for Evo so I don’t go 2 and out like I did in 2k6.

that Vanguard Princess. For a Fight maker game, this thing is legit until found broken (but i have high hopes that its brokenness is only through amazing execution)
