Rightly or wrongly booted from 2 twitch streams? #twitchcourt #chattersrights

I gave them a chance to see if they’ll let me in becuase I said a 13 word when it was unclearr that it ws a 6+ stream. They told me to buzz off. Now I see her true colors.

Now the Srslycurious Twitch stream has a “Family Friendly” tag. I think Twitch cracked down on her for booting people for 13+ comments that could be inferred by her clothing. She said if you’re going to do that, you have to label your site as “family friendly”.

I think she hates me for forcing her to properly label her site. Now, less people fall in the booby trap, and I think that was part of her schtick. No more power trips for her.

If she would have seen the 13+ comment as an honest accident, she would have understood and took me back. But since that looks like part of her schtick, based on her refusing to take me in for making a 13+ comment in an unmarked 6+ zone, I kind of glad I exposed her booby trap to the world.

I don’t see the issue.
The only problem was the one you created.

No Twitch stream owes you anything.

I’m really sorry about that whole ordeal it seems you’ve been through a lot.

I checked Mixer’s (the biggest competitor to Twitch) broadcast standards and there is a section called “How revealing is too revealing?” And shows regions that ALWYS must be covered, areas that can be shown in an 18+ stream but not a 13+ stream, areas that can be shown in a 13+ stream, but not a 6+ stream, and areas legal in all streams. I told them the situation on the other stream of saying a 13+ comment on a stream which on Mixer should be at least 13+ as demonstrated above by Srsycurious’s picture. And Mixer says I have a point about the clothing saying one thing and the streamers actions saying another. They will review their policies and make them more clearer if a chatter has a “right” to make 13+ comments on as stream whose host is clothed in a 13+ manner. Of course the streamer could make a rule about “no snuggle talk”, but would have to plainly state it to enforce it, sort of like what Srslycurious had to do to label her chat “family friendly” so that you have a fair warning before being booted.

This is the weirdest twist on the Son Them All thread that I have ever seen.

Under or over funnier than EmblemLord getting catfished?

Hard to call that one.

Emblemlord was VERY passionate in his 8th grade tier poetry.

I mean in all fairness I fell victim to it too and got my fair share of flames and ridicule but I took it on the chin and was like “yeah. I deserve this shit”

EmblemLord though was like in deep deep denial. Like I think it caused him some kinda psychotic break. that whole thread was a god damn train wreck. Funny as shit tho. :coffee:

This is far and away beyond the everything is fine, melting in Hell, meme.

It is surreal, like a defective batch of the shit they brewed up in Prometheus.

But with less lateral movement.

Dont mmow if you guys have these in the Phillipines, but I assume all of this is how an injury lawsuit pans out in real life.
