March 5 seems too close to finals for majority of colleges. And TS5 is on the week after that, so… I’d say somewhere after February 19-20 (that big FFA tourney is on that date) and before March 5. I’d go with February 26.
And I’ll try to tape matches in this batch. Priority will probably be whatever game is showing on the big screen (hope it’s not #R), then Marvel, or 3S, or CvS2 in that order of importance.
Oh, and in the case Tekken 5 does come out on the PS2 before the tourney, add a Tekken 5 tourney as well.

each player from each team plays each other 5 matches even if one guy wins 3, he doesnt win a set…its majority of overall wins thats going to count…everyone goes to 5 matches
side money displacement description
if a player sweeps another player (meaning he wins 5-0)losing player has to give him 5 bucks
if player scores a perfect on another player, losing player gives him a dollar
player who gets the most perfects gets an additional dollar from every member of the losing team
(if both players agree) the top 2 opposing players (players with most wins)play each other in a 7 match set 3 bucks a game and 4 doesnt mean you win the set…players goes until someone wins 7 matches for the set
this is in addition to the 10 bucks per head entry fee for the tournament…no one outside of Riverside/San Bernadino for this showdown
