RGB/VGA to HDMI for Jamma board

Here’s a video that people might want to see.

Wanted to demonstrate the output of the VGA/RGB/CGA/EGA/YUV to HDMI Video Output Converter Board module as available on ebay. This is a Soul Calibur PCB, connected to a Retroelectronix supergun. Capture was somewhat tricky, as my ElGato HD60Pro wouldn’t accept any of the output modes, however the Avermedia LGP was able to capture it. Recorded at 720p60 60mbps, acknowledging that some of the quality degradation will come from the captured file/youtube upload. In any event, I think some people had been curious to see how good it looks, so hopefully this will help.

Awesome, will check out the video later.

Putting aside how it looks, I think more importantly the question is how it feels/plays.
With these cheaper video converters, I’ve heard of varying things ranging from “add 1-2 frames” to “completely unplayable”, so some clarity around that would be awesome.
