Valle basically beat Daigo at Alpha 3 Nationals the first time Daigo even came to the states, but we had it set to 3/5 Rounds for Japan…Also, about DSP, I know he deserves his props for doing what he did at EVO, but COME ON, it was PS1 console…there is no way anyone is taking that seriously…If he starts whooping up in the arcade tourneys this year, then sure…but if anything, he is console ST PS1 champion. If you honestly think he could beat Choi in the arcade, that’s just not happening…Choi, Watson, everyone losing at SBo each year because of missed uppercuts and random hit boxes and indifferent gameplay? I do not think so.
Cole: I thought a lot of people have beatne major Japanese players in majors now…I remember Viscant beating Ohnuki in CVS2 2 years back at EVO…Hell, at that tournament in Nebraska 2002, lots of Japanese came, and Family Fun came too…Mester, Watson and I were top 3 in ST, and I know Kuni lost to both me and Watson, but those were American sticks…
I’m up for playing 24/7… CvS2 is my main game but I used to play MvC2 and I can hold my own at 3S. If anyone is up for playing marvel I know I can give anyone a challenge no matter how many years I’ve been out of the game.
If anyone is down to have a weekly get together for gaming it up with every game I’m down, I can even give rides where needed, but I want to play against people who actually want to win and play the best.
ill start heading down to ffa every sunday or whenever i get the day off which is usually sunday so i can test myself against the players over there… i mainly just play cvs2 because all i have is a dc so i got ur main game covered…

DreamT: There hasnt been to many Japan vs USA finals in majors. Cvs1 there was Chikyu vs Nelson (nelson lost ), 2k4 evo there was Choi vs Diago (choi lost), last year 3s Justin vs Onuki (justin lost). Everything else has been japan vs japan finals or usa vs usa finals. So I was the first to take down japan in a Jap vs Usa finals. I guess the 2nd would be Crow in T5, USA vs Korea finals last year.
So there ya go =D Probably missing a few good jap vs usa finals in there, but thats all i can remember right now lol. Sure there has been tons of Americans beating japan players during the tournament…but not to many when its for
1st/2nd.
My Practice session will be limited to mainly playing at home until the weekend. Gotta start focusing on actually buying a car instead of freakin renting one all the time lol. Then ill be playing full force. Wherever there is a tourney or practice session, im there!
I remember playing Alex at SHGL back in the days in CVS1, his game would slowly bring my A game out, used to be my favorite game, learned playing it from Dream, KP and SHGL. too bad CVS2 came out.
