Just finished this dlc chapter…damn, this is some good shit! Capcom can keep releasing more and more chapters for all I care, I like this shit!
I’m going to have to repurchase this game again. Thank god I put my old RE5 save on my usb drive. So much hype around the dlc.
If he had the rock bottom I would’ve lost it…lol.

If you’re talking the regular game when you’re fighting him and jill, you need to shoot a rocket at him when his back is turned and when he catches it, shoot it and the battle is over and you got the achievement.

I let one of my wifes good friends from work borrow my Gamecube and RE4 a few weeks ago. Got it back yesterday and checked the memory card I let him borrow. I decided to delete the save files he made since he said he was done with it.
Good News vs. Bad News.
Bad News (first): I accidentally deleted my RE4 saves from my GC memory card. Time runs, all weapons, all items, all difficulties, and high scores in Mercenaries. I’m not sure how many hours I’ve put into this game but I’ve completed and beaten this game a ridiculous amount of times. All gone.
Good News: I get to do it all over again. 
He can have his own game after Hunk and Barry do.

good “scary mansion” thing going on though.

New DLC out and it’s pretty good. More like merc’s than classic RE, but fun regardless. I really hope they go in the direction of memories and more of that old school re vibe.
What about Billy? It would be nice to see his adventures after RE0
Well that was basically what happened in the flashback that they showed in the main game. What else was there to expect? Although I was hoping they’d at least have some kind of pre-boss who kept harassing them while they were solving the mansion’s puzzles.
They did, they just did it several times over haha.
It’s a shame they didn’t have dogs or other smaller nasties to deal with in LiN.
So I just beat DE and got the S Rank and 150 enemy kill achievements after beating it the first time. I need to not be so good at RE:5. Like someone has already said, DE is like one big Mercs game minus the score. They just keep coming like roaches. Still fun to play though since it is a new environment and lots of different layers to the environment to keep it from feeling so flat. It does feel less developed than LiN however. LiN is the platinum and DE is the silver, leaving all the new Mercs content as the gold.
Speaking of which, a couple of things about Mercs Reunion:

Heavy Metal Chris really gets to use the Gatling Gun. For a noob this is a great way to get an S rank since having to reload has been done away with and it’s well, an effing gatling gun. His other weapon is the stun baton to get instant stun I guess. That seems like the best way to be able to get guys into a stun to perform time boosting melee moves. The Gatling Gun is pretty brutal.

Makes-My-Dick-Hard Fairytale Sheva is depicted in her action figure with a flamethrower but she doesn’t carry it in the game. I think this would have been great to give her but alas…
BONUS 3) Rebecca’s load-out is tight! She’s got that big shotgun with that super wide spread on it which kills everyone in one hit almost I swear. Then I think it’s that H&K machine gun which is plenty powerful and will bring people to their knees when you want them two. And because she is a medic she does come with two first-aide sprays. Her melees are just so lame though lol. A kick to the nuts when a majini is down? Some jumping overhead punch when the guy is holding his knee? Barry is number one with the melee. Nothing beats that head butt or “What IS this?!”

Capcom hasn’t said for sure yet but I wonder if this is the end of DLC for RE:5.
In the lost in nightmares chapter, it would have been great if they stayed a little true to the re1 intro, sans the rest of the team. You know, being chased into the mansion by the dogs, and attempts to re-open the front door would be met with a cutscene of dogs thrusting their heads inside and biting forearm the character that opened the door. Nothing that could kill you, but enough to startle you.
an SS in Duo play is fucking simple. Switch to stun rod, run around with partner break all time statues, kill the chicken, then as HMC set up in a nice corner of the map, hold aim and fire and destroy. While dude 2 runs around gathering combo hourglasses and herding enemies to their doom, eventually they’ll get there anyway. but in Duo, you can be mad lazy let your parnter fetch stuff. Easiest way to climb the leaderboard in reunion. lol.
I did get an S rank in Solo with HMC, cause I fucked up my placement and got grabbed.
