Trying to do a knife+handgun only run is both exciting and dreadful. Fuck them frog looking zombies, bitches control so much space and have a good amount of health you can’t run past them reliably.

I had RE Saturn. It had a battle mode and a few other tweaks/extras, that may or may not have been in the Directors Cut idk.
Saturn version was basically Directors Cut before Directors Cut, iirc.
Truth is I never finished RE1. Got stuck on some puzzle and never got around to finishing it. 2 was the first RE I beat, skipped 3, beat CV and actually just played 4 and beat it for the first time a few days ago.
I used to love RE5. Like, really love it, to death actually. I have over 100 hours on it, bought all the DLC, and beat it on every difficulty. I never understood the hate it got but then I played 4 and. Holy. Shit. 4 shits all over 5. Now I understand.
But anyways, yeah , 4 and 5 don’t have puzzles. I mean, a puzzle in 4 or 5 is pretty much “hey, see this emblem? Use it on that door”. They are such non-puzzles they might as well not even be in the game. I don’t even think 6 will have them.
She may be useless but. Ashley has grown. She’s at least 27 or 24 depending on when this takes place. So, she’s a grown woman now and there is some unresolved sexual shit between her and Leon. Maybe now that she’s a lil older and Dad’s out of the way Leon can tap that.

I’m thinking that RE6’s chapters are split amongst the timeline.
-Part 1: Leon, before the events of RE5, has his whole president thing go down and confronts Wesker. Wesker escapes “HERP DERP GOING TO AFRICA BUT I’M SURE I’LL BE FINE LEON TTYL xoxo”.
-Part 2: Chris, after RE5, does something related to the third organization in China. Wesker is dead because RE5 happened and he got missile’d by Chris (not in the yaoi way).
-Part 3: Alex Wesker/Hunk/whatever the new guy’s name is has a part that ties together parts 1 and 2 and involves taking down the third organization and manufacturing a cure with his blood (as per the trailers) with some epic team-up with Chris/Leon/newguy at the end to take down a megavillain.
I’m probably way off but that’s my guess.

I like this, but I am diasgreeing only because they made Leon look so much older in this.
Granted I know technology has advanced since RE4, and everyone looks “more realistic”, but Leon looks much older than he was in Degenration which was a CG movie, let alone RE4 where he looks like your typical 27 year old hunk (such as me lol).
So my guess it’s just modern 2012 setting which would make Leon around 35 (though tbh he looks even old for 35… it’s not that the dude has wrinkles, I can’t put my finger on why he looks so old but he does. He looks Weskers age and Wesker was 48 in RE5).
So wait, is this Ashley or Sherry? We’re getting confirmations from two different sources…

And RE4 Leon was no sissy.
It’s his face. He looks, angrier, grittier. In RE4 he always had a smirk and a cool demeaner. Now he looks serious business so that is what’s making him “look” older. That and a more defined face, he’s not the skinny kid he was in RE2 and not the male model he was in re4. He’s matured. Filled out I guess in his face and frame.
I guess I look in the mirror and try to imagine myself looking like this in 8 years versus what I look like now and it’s kinda hard to imagine that. Then again I look at picks of me at 21 and can’t tell much of a difference, maybe I just don’t age, like Daigo or especially like Sabin lol.
^If it sounds like Ashley, dresses like Ashley, and looks helpless like Ashley, then it must be…a duck.
