WHEN DO YOU GUYS PLAY?!?!? I showed up tonight and there was only the one Baek/Hwo player that I met at Rob’s house that one time.
Does anyone object to Saturday’s at 8 at the Nugget? If there is another time that people would like to meet, by all means, POST IT. It’s not cool to play a dollar a game because there is no one else there to play.

as for when people play…
I usually go there after school on tues and thrus… depending how much time I have… so for me there really isnt a specific time that I usually go down there…
on weekends im there after work as long as there isnt any prior commitment I needed to attend…
imo Friday nights is probably the best since everyone gets off work by 7 so we’re usually there by 8…
I was there on Saturday after work… but by 7 everyone left and I ran out of money myself so I just went home… :xeye:

Your cocky attitude thinking you’re better than the rest isnt going to fly very well with us…
making fun of your opponent and being stupid by doing the same move over and over isnt going to make you any friends in Reno Crew… you might think its funny to do the same move over and over again because your opponent doesnt know how to counter… but to everyone else who is learning the game they think you’re being a prick…
we learn by helping each other out and giving each other pointers to improve everyone’s game… and most of all… we play our best with each other regardless if its a beatdown or not… losing to someone that is playing his best gives you reason to wanna improve… and if you don’t think you can contribute in that way… dont bother showing up… no one will play you or invite you when we go out of state tournies…

ok ok… I will try my best not to be cocky. I realize that you guys are new (sans Rob) to the game and I shouldn’t be showboating. I will make an effort not to do so. I will play in a way that I think will be most beneficial to my opponent.

LOL, yea, we saw him Saturday, but really early though (or was that Friday, I dunno anymore). But as for his random appearances, yes it is very random. As for Rob getting to Shihan, we knew he was close to shihan when he got to 5th Dan, since after 5th Dan is Shihan. Let’s just say his wins came from all of us newbies :bgrin: (not to take anything away from his wins, he has 4 losses on his card with Julia and another 2 on his Steve (which came from me, YAY) ). As for cockyness to Avarus, :p, hehe you can as of right now, since we’re all new to the game. But I heard Anthony beat your Ling 50/50, so that’s kinda cool to hear an old school TTT player from this town did that to yer Ling.

Anyway, Avarus, lol, we are all encourage to beating you, but as off right now, 6 people in the crew are new to the game (including me), and Rob is 5 years (or was it 4) since he has touched TTT competatively at all (I think his last major Tekken tourney was the Regionals in Seattle for TTT). So you see, it may take us awhile but once we catch up, better start watching out.
