Do other communities have big off camera money matches? Generally you only hear of it in the FGC. idk what it all adds up too (probably just the most HYPE) but it seems to me that things are going okay.
As I recall back when I participated in the Madden community (don’t recommend it, terrible game, even worse people), it wasn’t unheard of for very large sums of money to change hands over a game of Madden Football.
I’m sure its the same for Halo, or any other big game.
