Remember that "4rd Strike" video?

I have been looking at the changes, and there are some funny ones:

Akuma SA2 full bars is roughly 0 frame startup, and totally invincible for all active frames. The only travel time part is coming down from the top of the screen, if the opponent is jumping it is true instant

Akuma sa3 is roughly 2 frame startup, and invincible for 18 frames. He is only hittable after he lands, even if active frames are over. The 2 bar version is roughly1f startup as well.

Alex: Ex powerbomb has 5 frame startup, and invincible for those frames. SA3 is invincible for all active frames, and is something like 5 f startup, 5 active frames

Chun: Crouching mk has roughly 20 frames of recovery now, instead of 14

Elena: her blockable command grab range is about to the end of her foot during her throw attempt animation, it is pretty far.

That is all I felt like looking at for now. The akuma and alex changes to the supers I think are pretty funny

I think that’s the only nerf I agree with and maybe the only nerf needed in this game. Make it more punishable and Chun become less a pain to play against.
Good player could still get benefits from it, but they’ll have to play more carefully with one of the most broken move in the game.

guy on ggpo, gerkin or something was saying yang sa3? was broken and there is an easy bug to do 70% damage. I think he said same thing with 12. He also was saying 12 should have faster air dashes.
