damn i went to regency today. by 9 o clock only the little black kids were playing marvel…
just came from regency with two friends … they moved KOF 2k3 to where svc was and viceversa.
SS0 looks pretty good btw.
Plus the sticks in SVC are now GREAT !!! … good shit to the one that fixed it 
shame the sticks on kof were still the same … not to say worse .
Its a brand new game … and I dunno how much u guys spent on buying the catridge … but if u wanna get back your investment plus a profit … you should do something with the kof 2k3 sticks … no kidding … I couldnt even block BACK !
will anyone be at regency tomorrow (friday)? Mainly for cvs2 or ggxx. I went a couple days ago and it was kinda dead with the exception of some marvel players and random cvs2 comp.
i’d have gone but no said anything about them going.

Is there any chance of getting cvs2 and possibly the other games into the regular big showcase cabs? I dont know if u guys can sell or trade the bigscreens in for those types.
That would solve a lot of the problems that myself and others are having w/ rfc
The bigscreen setups just wobble way too much and the players have to sit hella close to each other. Accidental elbows and stuff really affect the game.
Having cvs2 on a showcase cab like the 3s one would prettymuch clinch rfc as the place to go for me.
Thats the only reason i go to cgl still. Sticks usually are fine for cvs2 and I get to play on a nice showcase cab.

Flat out, the games with the biggest fan base right now, in order are MvC2, CvS2, 3rd Strike and GGXX. I think if RFC can have these 4 games in tip top condition, everyone will come and with that, it’ll bring in competition for other games, such as SS0, KoF2k3, Alpha 3, SvC: Chaos etc.
I think Marvel is fine at RFC, but i don’t play it, so i can’t really give an accurate opinion. 3rd Strike seems to be good at RFC as well, the cabinet seems to be in good condition and i haven’t heard anything wrong with that cabinet. CvS2, i have noticed the screen is a bit blurry and controls are too close. GGXX, everyone has said that it’d be better on a bigger cabinet.
At the last tournament, Steve was telling me about wanting to get better cabinets for the games and that when he found showcase cabs he was going to try his best to get them. I think that slowly as each of these 4 top games start going into better cabs, along with the maintenance on the sticks and buttons that they already provide, it’ll fit to every player’s needs.
regency has the goods to make for a good spot to get together.
