Just reminding all you about the 3rd Strike and Marvel tourney on saturday. As well as KOF 2k3, samurai showdown zero and metal slug 5 :eek: see you guys there.
I live in Corona but the only arcades I go to and know how to get there is Camelot and Arcade Infinity( I used to go to SHGL many times, but you all know what happened there ). I sometimes hate going to my local arcades since its always empty and doesn’t have all my fav fighting games:mad:

the marvel machine at RFC takes way too much damage then anything, you can get killed easy with one hyper beam of cable
that’s why I never go to RFC, i just go to camelot is better.

Ive Finally been to Regency during the KOF2003 testing.
Its a nice roomy arcade with nice big screen cabinets
I didn’t like the GGXX Joystick button layout ( too spread apart ) and the sound was crappy.
Nice SvC and Third Strike monitor screen ( except for the green top left corner blur on SS3TS ).
It was sweet to finally play SS5.
It was still too far of a drive and the place emptied quickly than Camelot:mad:
It is working I looked into modding for the sticks…they are short but have a very short range of motion compared to the other sticks. It’s due to the flush mount metal panel and is adjusted by adding spacers (to simulate a thick wood panel)…
Any other RFC issues…msg me for my aim screen names or get them from wizard…
yeah, I went today and it’s alot better then before.
Prolly gonna check out Regency tonight.

The older SNK games do not have the new 360s joysticks yet. We only installed them on the newer games and tournament games.
KOF 2k3 has 360s.
I’ll have to look into the other locations on the route to see if there is a 2k2 there to swap out.
Hey SHGLboss, there was an issue with some of the sticks on the big machines (namely the mvc2 big screens)…the sticks were longer than normal. The small mvc2 machine is cool…the size that other everyone is used to for mvc2, but a few people complained about the big screens after everyone met up there one night a few weeks ago. Are they still the same length…or is it even ‘fixable’?
uhm, that problem was corrected before the tourney a couple of weeks ago…
