does anyone else think that the small marvel cabinet is fucked up? i couldnt do jack worth shit on it, a AHVB transformed into a snapback…wow.
and my homie was playing a tourny match, and a shockwave from across the screen comes his way, and right when it gets in front of him, his blocking all of a sudden goes away and he eats it, what the shit? dont tell me no one else didnt have problems on the small machine.
ur not the only one. It’s pretty much established that the regency sticks have poor diagonals. Stuff like this worked in favor for and against me the whole day. the hell with these sticks. the only reason i still have any respect left for the place is the fact that Steve clearly wants things to work out for everyone. but what can you do if these sticks aren’t up to the standard?
Mag was there yesterday, and although he was too late for the tourney, he talked with me and Steve, and said he’d help us out. He used to fix the cabinets back at HP arcade and other arcades he went to, and fixed them up to where marvel players thought they were good. So hopefully, by having a marvel player help us with the machines, as far as seeing what little things might be wrong, will help us find out what’s making the machines like this.
So i’ll be there for CvS2 and 3S on friday. anyone else? Oh yeah i’ll be there for air hockey too.

Hey wassup fellas. I was wondering if anybody was gonna be at regency this monday the 21st. I wanna know if anybody is gonna be playing cvs2 cuz i was itching to play on saturday during the tourny but i couldnt cuz i didnt sign up for the tourny cuz i was late. Anyway hopefully i will get some comp there if i go…otherwise fuck it ill stay home. i also wanted to know if anyone with a soldering iron could bring it for me that day. Lol its a wierd request but i need to fix my stick and it will take like 2 seconds but no one seems to have a soldering iron. Aight thats about it fellas. ur just at RFC at the wrong time… and so am I as a matter of fact… every time i go, there’s no one to play on 2k3 wether its opening time, lunch, 5pm, or 2 hours till closing… (and yes those are sum odd times to show up) so because of the lack of ppl to play im trying to pick up 3S by playing the weaker characters…
oh and just so u know there’s prolly like a handful of ppl who r decent in 2k3 but good luck in finding them
