I’m like the only SF player I know in my area, much less the only Sakura main.
True… But I only played you online… We need to meet IRL so we can do some good ol’ mirror matches. You missed my tournament last week. 
Surprisingly, a lot of people close to me play Sakura. My younger brother can use Sakura a bit and a few of my friends can use her, but I’m the only main Sakura that I know of in my area, much less NC.

eiSH plays her from time to time, but he has been playing a lot of Juri lately as well. eiSH is of the school of “I pick who I feel like at this very moment.” so if he feels like playing Sak he will pick her.

There were supposed to be some NBA Jam side events at the last few things I went to, but we got strapped for time.
Honestly, who even goes to a tournament to play fighting games anyway? I’m going to Winterfest to win Air Hockey.
But while we’re on the subject of Sakuras that live by other Sakuras, whatever happened to Dogy? Only TS member I met in person, but then the dude stopped posting here. Was kind of funny, he saw me mashing roundhouse repeatedly (as that was the only button I used at the time) and he was like, “is that Destroyer?” We later slapped fives and exchanged plesantries, after I was done getting absolutely bodied by that Fuerte. Good times.
Whatever I was going on about no longer matters, old school Team Sakura was the shit.
I know right? Dogy just sorta dropped outta then team. He was one of our best too.
Dogy as in Dogysammich? He’s still around. He was at a tourney down here a little more than 3 weeks ago.

Maining Sakura again just feels so right, I should never have strayed.
I’m not going to lie, I don’t play a lot lately but when I do I get bored really fast with chun and immediately switch.

There’s just some fun factor in Sakura that seems to be unexplainable… I can keep switching colors and costumes and never get bored.

And I just got a stick so I’m having to re-learn her. I’ve already learned my secondary Dee Jay on the stick (still improving) but with Sakura im only half as good.
I hit the training mode and just mess around with her combos everyday for at least 15 minutes to warm up.
Yikes! My shipping date going to the United States Air Force is on Jan. 11th.! Landed a Civil Engineering Job! Wanted something Electrical or Mechanical, but hey Civil isn’t so bad either.
The A-1 Tournament that I’m hosting in Sac will be my first and final BB:CS tournament. I will also be FINALLY going back to the Philippines for the holidays, and then when I come back I’m going to have a nice going away party with family.
I’m going to miss my family and friends when I go, and I’m going to miss this thread. Thanks to all the Sakura mainers out there! Thanks for all the Online Team Sakura’s, the Sakura Bows, and the Sakura shenanigans. It was fun playing with you all, and I’m going to miss playing with my favorite character of all time, Sakura.

Heh, a fellow Sakura/engineer, though I still got a ways to go in both cases, IDK, its just funny seeing another Sakura take up the profession I’m busting my ass to get into.
Either way man, it was definitely a pretty great run.
