Real Circus Damage- The Cerebella Combo Thread

Ok so it has taken a while for me to post my problems with this combo, quick question:

In this combo, what is j.lpxn?
c.lk, c.mp, c.hp, j.lk, j.hk,
c.lk, c.mk, j.mp, j.hk,
s.hp, Pummel Horse,
c.mp, c.hp, j.lpxn, j.hp,
s.lp, s.mk, s.hk, Cerecopter

I can pretty much do the whole combo up to that point, I can land the c.hp right before the j.lpxn, but since i don’t know what j.lpxn is, I usually just combo the c.hp into the super. Thanks in advanced.

n=number of inputs. It’s a variable. Since you can hit j.lp repeatedly and at varying ferocity, the number of hits you get can vary, between 4 and 9 before the j.hp (iirc). I used to type j.lp (mash), but sometimes I do j.lpxn. If you can get everything up till that point, you should be golden. Also, remember, if you want to do super mid-screen, always end with “s.hp/hk(2), lp lock 'n load, super”.

Ok, I finally managed to actually do a version of that 10k combo I was working on, no double jump since I figure j.LP mashing late in the combo is better than a slightly earlier extra j.HP.

Corner only, tested prepatch on Fortune (should work on all except Cerebella, Double, Parasoul)

It kills any Double on any team larger than yours. v1 kills v2/3 Double, v2 kills v3 double.

Also, corner combo, works on everyone but Filia and Painwheel (for them, you can subtract the j.hp from the s.mp, j.mk, j.hp and make it work).

Hello, I’ve decided to get back on skull girls after the recent events. I’m playing on the xbox so I don’t have the SDE version and was wondering if there are any combos and mid-combo resets, that aren’t really character specific (can work on most of the cast with slight variations for the rest), that work on both the patched and pre-pathched version? I want to be able to smoothly transition when the update eventually gets released. If something like that doesn’t exist I’ll settle for optimized pre-patch stuff and just learn the new things when SDE is released.

It’ll all transition seamlessly into patch. I started writing it a few months before patch as well, and the damage should be satasfactory.
