Did you guys notice Rashid got a new Crush Counter with C.HP? It only crushes with the 2nd hit of it. You are so far away I couldn’t figure out what to use except EX Eagle Spike.

Love his theme. Catchy, a good beat. Definitly one of the better SFV themes. They definite did a nice overhaul on the themes.

It’s really strange, i can’t think of what it can be.
I didn’t even know it was Rashid until i saw the swirly beard.
I like it better than his regular one, but it’s quite a break from it in my eyes. The original depicts his young, rich, etc. bio, in this one he’s seems more serious and has nothing fancy about the clothing.
Looks a bit like one of Ryu’s alt in SFIV. The cords on neck and wrist hint to me at a sort of religious inspiration?

hey… psst… a secret: Rashid’s low forward is a low profile move. You can press it and from frame 1 his hurtbox drops down slightly. You can duck Mika’s drop kick with it on reaction easily.
I played a bunch of Rashid, but I dunno as I got away with stuff that won’t work like random divekicks, cross up divekicks, etc. People don’t know to punish anything, even ex dp because of the forward momentum.
I played keoma numerous times and vs all other players I did hk fireball xx roll into throw or s. Mp. Vs him he’d punish it everytime with CR. Hk crush counter.
I found his v skill really lacking vs projectiles, specially Nash’s. TK divekicks was actually much more reliable (it might even be safe on block?).
I dunno how I feel about him yet. He does little damage imo.
His s. Hk is my second favorite crush counter in this game, only after chuns b. Hp.
One thing he has that’s really strong is s.lk being +3 on block and leaves you in range for tick throw, got a lot of mileage between that and s.mp frametrap. S.mp also +3 is good, I kept doing cr.mk xx eagle kick (no confirm) and it counterhit everyone every single time. I don’t know why people press buttons at that range.
