Since I primarily play Blazblue and I main v-13, I can answer your questions. Nu may be broken but she is beatable. Not all of her matchups are 7-3 or worse. Hell even Carl has worse than that. Carl has an 8-2 matchup against Tager.
I used to main Taokaka and I know a good Taokaka player and this is how good Tao’s play. Taokaka has excellent rushdown and a really good up close mixup game. In order to be truly effect, you have to learn the CD loops as well. As for Hakumen, can’t really help you there. I guess you just have to time your D counters really well and find ways to get in so you can really do some damage. Check the threads in dustloop.com for more character specific stuff.
