Random loud audio with Marvel vs Capcom 3 only

It seems to only be happening with Marvel 3. I have a new 55 inch 120hz Toshiba. model number:55G310U. I tried different audio settings on both my xbox and TV. One more thing: I already called Toshiba and they said I have unique problem so any help would be great.

How are your levels set in the audio options of MvC?
