I’m pretty sure that the butterfly dagger thing was banned because there was a combo that let you draw your entire deck, thus allowing you to draw Exodia.

I’m with Mr SNK on this one. You suck. Plus this combo worked at first until they (whoever that is) made that differentiation. It was allowed for a little bit, and that’s why RS was saying that it doesn’t work anymore.

I use to play, but not really competitive at all. Used the advanced format most of the time, but that’s because my friend had a bunch of tournament ready decks that would always beat my burner deck. And then I would say something like “Can we play some Pokemon instead?”

Probably not much by today’s standards (I quit years ago) but this was my favorite card. I made an entire deck based on this.
That’s why Yu-Gi-Oh sucked. They kept banning cards and introducing new cards… They had to ban the old cards so that they wont be so OP with the new cards.

Just read the effect of the card. The deck I played had him as a support card when you needed to trump someones hand.
Then Tuners came out and I have to re-think just about anything I do.
