Yeah iunno about the whole stomach cleavage thing. But those aren’t barbs on his shoe those are teeth from all the flash kicks.
Handcuffs are a nice touch. Minus man points for the midriff showing though, Guile would not rock that. The artist was probably watching too many Brad Pitt movies, or had just finished watching RocknRolla.
