My D/C % is at 1, that one being the fact that my game froze on the Vs. screen a couple days ago. Before that it was 0.

you can add JAKLIZT to the ragequitters list…pulled the plug as my ultra won the match. Pretty straightforward ragequit BUT the kicker came when I looked at his profile and saw “Relax its not real” HAHAHAHAHA oh man that was fucking hilarious.

I generally dislike these threads, but I’ll put “regfox” up to the stakes. Does a desperate random Ultra and disconnects while I block.
How can you guys tell if its a rage-quit? In my experience random disconnects do happen. I faced a guy who was going to beat me but my connection DC’d. I msg’ed him immediately apologizing and offering a free win, only to find out that it was his connection which messed up. I’ll face some guys with DC rates of 10%+ and yet they won’t quit on me if I’m about to win.

The first round went to me definitively since i whooped him good. Second round started slow but heated up fast and he took round 2. Round 3 was me all the way even though it was a bunch of fireballs & counters, not many combos, it went down to like 30 seconds or so and his energy was low enough that if i hit him with one more fireball he would die. He was on the left and i was on the right, he jumps back and i threw a M fireball and as he’s walking back my fireball comes to about sweep distance of him and suddenly his character stops moving and a millisecond later the whole screen freezes (connection to the other player was lost) What a fa&&ot, please do not play him unless you want to let him win.
P.S. How do they disconnect so fast? does he have his little brother or his friend stand behind the xbox with his hand on the ethernet cable ready to yank it??

to read all posts ever made in any forum (of any distinction) would take a lifetime. theres no need to whine about someone wanting to post quitters, although if someone is a quitter and joins you in a ranked match you can check their disconnection rate and if its above 0% boot them. ive seen someone with a 10% disconnect rate,like whats the point, people who do this shouldnt play sf…
I have a question to you all. DO you think 100% of the time people quits its because of rage?? I myself in rank matches and in endless left because, I wanted to get one or two games in before I had to leave for work. I’ve left while I was winning and left as I lost. Does this classify me as a "rage-quitter"as you all label people that leave at the wrong time? I have to ask because you all seems so passionate about this. I’m not even sure if my name is on this thread
for the record I take my losses. I give losses as well as take them.
Thats cool, no ones disputing that people can quit a game without raging. However if you have a few games to spare then really there is no need to quit out, you really shouldnt partake in a ranked match unless you have the two minutes time to finish it.
At the end of the day if you rage quit you will lose your pp (right?) so jokes on the person that quits out.

yeah I was in an Endless Room fighting a Rufus, he connected EX messiah kick on me, then did FADC, then appeared to simply stand there. so I finished off his tiny bit of health for the win. Then I got DCd, and soon after i got a message saying “did you ragequit?”
Turns out that Rufus had actually done FADC Ultra but I got DC’d during that and looked like i ragequit lol. what are the chances?
