Ragequitters be damned - The Bads Loser Wall of Shame

Most people who quit during a match are automatically on my shit list. Only exception are friends, player invited people, and if the random person quits before a match since luck has it, I won’t remember that person.

I don’t have computer access when I’m gaming so I’d have to write everything down which sounds even better now that I know somebody else has already done this.

Well, on Xbox Live, you don’t need to necessarily block them. Just rate them as “Avoid Player” and that’s it. There’s no limit to how many players you can put on “avoid”, because it’s a rating system that’s handled through the XBL servers.

Also, I usually just reserve that for people who’s connections to me plain ol’ SUCKS! It has nothing to do with skills or attitude.

If PSN has a similar system, do that instead. It just makes playing against that person much less likely, so they’re not banned from playing you outright. But at least your chances of meeting up with them again is pretty slim.

Strangely that doesn’t work on PC, i have several players listed as “avoid” but they still come into my lobby, and i still see their lobbies when i search for a game…

lol’d

Dunno why he disconnected. He even won the first run when I played my shitty Ryu. I just like the moment he disconnects in… just a few milliseconds before im about to punch his face in :stuck_out_tongue:

He probably did it by accident?

Now im so so player in mid tier at best. So this gentleman yui aragaki has the worst Bison ive seen so far. He keep on running away and hope i get caught with pyscho crushers. :rolleyes:Blanka at times would just stand there waiting as soon as i got in his face cornered and i was about to do the ultra to finish him off then he bounces.

What if the DC was just for crappy connection ?

Then likely it woudl happen at a more “random” moment, like if he was jumping forward, or executing a combo, or starting up his special moves, etc. You kinda have to assume it’s a DC when the other guy is about to lose or when he can’t seem to land anything on you while you’re just pounding them… And then it disconnects.

I’ve had a few random disconnects on my end where I was sure my connection was bad, and I always found the time to msg my opponent to let them know and if they would like a rematch. Most times, people will understand.

Plus it helps when your disconnect ratio is 1% or below (mine’s a 0%). Peole with 7% disconnects or higher… Well let’s just say that people will tend to be less nave when that kind of opponent suddenly drops out.

Rock Lee has a point. There are a few times when I’m playing someone who ends up DC’ing due to bad connection. Not that they want to DC but it happens.

Heck, I run off a a high end internet setup and I still get DC’ed for unknown reasons. I wish I knew why though.

I’ve been disconnected after my opponent won the first round and I’ve also been disconnected after I won the first and he won the second. In my area, DSL + rainy day = shitty connection.

True This ^

Another one. I guess he didn’t want to risk it. Seems foolish to me. He stopped moving for a second, I’m assuming so he could pull the plug.

The PSN block list does not work as you might think it does. It does NOT keep you from playing with or against people on your list. It just keeps you from receiving chat/messages/voice from them, so there’s little point in adding people that quit to the list unless they are harassing you with messages.

lol … same guy DC’ed on both of you.
