just got my first ragequit in awhile in g1 semi finals annoying thing is it takes like 10 15 mins to find a match

jumping back fk’s all day, then random shoryuken’s, that is the key success to ragequiters

Ive been noticing this frequently. Rage quitters do for example, an ultra just so when they disconn it looks like they were doing something, you know, other than signing out/flipping the switch on their box. Its a sad attempt to cover up a rage quit as a “genuine” disconn, because a random ultra is one of the few things they can do where they are in the middle of “doing something” that they have the time to quit.
Alas I am sorry, I had a ken just fire an ultra from the complete other side of the screen, disconn. I sent him a message calling him a bitch for quitting and told him I was sending him to the wall of shame. He messages back saying What am I supposed to do I lost my signal! BS, we dont have a completely lag free game, up to you on the verge of death and disconn, doing a random ultra from across the screen that has ZERO hope of connecting no matter what i did, hell after he input the command even if I knew he was doing it, I couldn’t get hit with it if I wanted to.
Hell some people I have a feeling might rage quit Im afraid to attempt an ultra to close the round because they might have time to ragequit during the animation.

I’m not that great but this was a typical flowchart Ken and had a 37% disconnect rate. I should have never finished him off with an ultra, gives em enough time to quit

This was against a Blanka. It was a pretty decent match, could have gone either way. Don’t know why he dropped out so prematurely

Wasn’t the most blatant ragequit since it was beginning of the second, but the taunting made it fairly clear.

This guy was playing a run away akuma the whole time and just a very annoying opponent. So after about 30 seconds in the first round I realize how dumb he was being and I was just staying back myself not doing any offense. And as you know with Akuma, if you land 1 combo you can take away 1/2 his life. I was also charging the TAP the whole time.
Like midway through round 1 he also put his mic in and I could hear him blagging stuff on the TV, not sure what he was saying. I took round 1 though.
Then round 2 more of the same, he was just doing nothing except playing run away akuma, and running his mouth on the mic too. Then when he had like 20% life left he just stood still and I had KKK held so I let go and nailed him w/a TAP. it didn’t kill him so i went to toss him. as soon as i grabbed him i heard him babble something else on the mic coming out of the TV, then it disconnected.

I’m playing some shitty Ryu who backed up and just tossed fireballs the entire match named LALO___DF. I get hit a few times FA’ing and whatever, and then I see that time runs out. Douche set it to 30 secs I guess. Typical BP scamming move.
Then the second round starts. Wut? Who the fuck sets it to two 30 second rounds? What purpose does this serve? Unless this kid was too fucking stupid to realize that if you’re going to try and get a timeout win without someone realizing, you have to set it to ONE ROUND. I’m assuming the latter. xD

I find it funny that he tries to justify has rage quit by saying you only use 1 move. like that somehow gives him the right to quit. Perhaps he should learn how to counter whatever move it was that you were spamming.
