Anyone ?, not everyone does but the vast majority most certainly do. Ive had about 10 disconnects so far, and its not my connection because Im still able to talk to my brother on Aim between rounds, so far id say 1 was a legit disconnect (the Fuerte player who messaged me straight after) and one was a Sagat player who got tired of kicking my ass and quit himself :bluu:, and the rest were rage quits.
You just posted a dc of some guy mid game when he had a lot of life left. Not to mention he was crouching when it happened. How the hell can you not tell the difference?

If it helps, I almost got a perfect in the first round against an Akuma that did nothing but jump back, throw air fireballs and teleport for a good 70+ seconds.

The fact that he was blocking a low forward is the only shred of doubt I have it might have been a legit DC, but let me break the first round down. I fadc’d through most of his air fireballs (bar EX’s) and knocked him on his ass whenever I got the chance, he swept me (the only hit he landed) and tried wakeup Ultra :looney:, I jumped straight up and finished him when I landed. I landed a basic b&b combo right at the start of the 2nd round and he DC’d after 5 seconds, might have been a legit DC, but I doubt it if he was frustrated enough to try a wakeup ultra with Akuma :rolleyes:.
Ive done similar stuff myself when ive been getting my ass kicked, wake up Ultra with Ryu just for the sake of chip damage in the hope itll be enough to kill em when I know 99% of the time it wont, but I still take the loss.
So far Ive made it to the g3 championship 8 times, and 3 of those were 2nd round, about to win ragequits.

And its very frustrating. Im decent but it sometimes takes awhile to get to a championship. finally win,t hen have it stolen. go back and do another one, then lose… I feel robbed. I should be at around 1200-1300 gp instead im at 1k
LOL. I just submitted two to the bad loser hall of shame last night, one in the first round and one in the finals. On a positive note, in the replacement finals match I ran into the best C. Viper I’ve fought yet and was crushed online…I think I learned a lot from it.

How is that only a shred of doubt? Shouldn’t that just prove it was a legit dc right off the bat? How do you even know he was mad? How does a wake up demon indicate that he’s mad? Maybe it works for him against the people he plays against. Like I said a shitload of times already, people really want to believe they’re making the other person rage quit. It makes them feel great…
This might be a longer than average post, but please bear with me. It is of great importance to the overall SF4 community.
Ever since I hit the G2 circut in the champion patch I have noticed games dropping much more than normal. Oddly enough these drops only happen when I was:
A) Destroying them round one
or
B) The middle of a tight round three,
These were not two bar games, in fact a few were green and most were yellow. Now by higher rate I litereally mean 7 dropped games where I was in the driver seat. No dropped games when I was losing.
So I started jotting down a few of the GTs of people who dropped and would send them and inquisitive msg asking why they dropped. In the past most legitame droppers respond and I truly believe them if they say it was the game, not them.
The ones who dont answer I’m suspicious of. So today I saw ADIONNE1982 waiting for a challenge. I remembered his Akuma so I wanted to test my theory. He had a yellow bar connection. The match started and I let him destroy me both games. No problems, except I could hear him shouting obsenitices as he kicked my ass, F you f you, over and over.
I saw his name about an hour ago and challenged him again. I went full out and I admit he had some good techniques. It was a close fight and we actually Double KO’d. Thirty seconds into the next round, the game lags out, and I get a msg saying I disconnected, just like yesterday.
I was pretty positive that he was playing some dirty pool right there and then so I called him out on it. I decided to bluff and tell him that I videotaped the match and I know that he dropped us from the game. Instead of denying it, he calls me a N*****. I explained how I remembered him from yesterday and how he plulled the same trick. He calls me a N**** angain and tells me to fight him again cause he would kick my ass.
Once again I asked him why he would cheat, and that I was going to share his GT on the forums and he says 'I don’t care N****** F*** you." Three times in a row,
It is obvious that this scrub is using shady tactics to bounce people from matches he isn’t positive he’ll win. If theres a chance he’ll lose he’ll bounce the game somehow, giving the other player the disconnect. My percentage is now up to 2% due to these people and again I stress, I have never dropped from a game I was obviously losing.
If have all of his messages saved in my inbox as proof and if needed I could probably take a picture and upload it to show you his messages. I’m not just trying to hold a grudge against someone who beat me, I want to send a message to the scrubs who can’t play fair.
If I remember correctly, a little bit back one of the top BP players was exposed as a ragequitter and the community flooded his live account with hate mail and he begged them to take the video of him cheating down I want this to happen to ADIONNE1982. (or even try for yourself to challenge him and see what happens, maybe someone else can confirm my story.
We cant let this game become unplayable, because it is starting to become that way in G2. With some research anyone determined enough to find out how to cheat will.
So in summation, please spam the hell out of ADIONNE1982 and if you do, add a post. I would really love to see this scrub get his just desserts.
TL DR Version: ADIONNE1982 is a pretty much confirmed lagspiker. Please spam him to high hell.

Yeah I havn’t had widespread drops but in one of my final tournaments from g3 to g2 I got to the last round against an absolutely terrible Ken. He was flowchart to the nth degree, so much so, I plugged in my microphone and did a commentary for the match… 3 seconds before the things happened.
Thats right, I told him what he was going to do, what I was going to do to counter it and he still did it, for example, at the end (I say end reluctantly, seeing as he did indeed dropped, should have gotten a camera…)
“Okay, your going to stand up and, though I am telling you now not to, your going to throw a dragon punch, I am going to punish that, your going to stand up, low block my sonic boom, then eat a four hit combo ending with a flash kick… Your going to be dizzy from that, so I am going to throw you and your going to disconnect about the same time you land.”
Note: This all happened as predicted to the word, and I always said it about 4 seconds before hand, so he had time to change what he was going to do, even with voice chat lag… but he just went along with it, maybe he was taking suggestions… I thought that so I tried against another Ken

yea I do shit like this all the time when my friends are watching. To a degree nonflow charts I kinda get the feel for. He loves when you give the play by play.
